Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

2.For disputes regarding these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

2.By continuing to use the Platform after any changes, customers are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
