The listed prices of all products in our store include VAT, and no additional tax will be charged.
📌Import duties and taxes
If you order a product from outside Japan, import duties and taxes may be incurred upon arrival at the destination. Tenyoushop does not cover these fees and does not calculate or estimate them in any way. If the buyer is making an international purchase, we recommend contacting the local customs authorities for more details on costs and procedures.
The buyer will also be the recorded importer of the goods and must ensure that the purchase complies fully with the import laws of the destination country. Please note that upon arrival at the port, the product may be subject to customs inspection, and Tenyoushop does not guarantee that the packaging will be free from signs of tampering.
📌About Stock Availability
Please note that adding items to your shopping cart does not guarantee stock availability.
※ The shopping cart has an expiration period. After 30 days, the contents of your cart will be automatically deleted.
Even within the expiration period, stock is not reserved, and items may become out of stock at the time of purchase. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

📌hanges or Cancellations After Order Completion
Order cancellations due to customer circumstances are generally not accepted. However, if you have made duplicate orders or entered incorrect order details, please follow the procedures below as soon as possible:

2️⃣ If the [Cancel] button is available, click it to cancel your order.
- Please note that partial changes to orders are not possible. You will need to place a new order.
- Stock for the initial order cannot be guaranteed during this process.

3️⃣ If the [Cancel] button is unavailable and you see the message “This order cannot be canceled,” the order is already being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.
