Refund Policy

Notification After Return Shipment
  • Once the return process is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • It may take up to 14 days for us to process your return after receiving your item.

Refund Conditions

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

  • The product or service was not delivered or was significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to our company.
  • The product or service was found to have damage or defects, as confirmed by our inspection.
  • The return request was approved based on our return policy.
  • In any other cases where we explicitly approve a refund at our discretion.
Exclusions

Unless specifically stated in this policy, cancellations or withdrawals of orders for products or services are not allowed. Additionally, this contract will not be subject to the provisions of Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Return of Products for Refund

To receive a refund, you must return the item as follows:

  • The product must be sent back to the designated location specified by us.
  • The return must be completed using the method we specify.
  • Please ensure the item is returned by the deadline specified by us.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund according to our policy.

Refund Method & Timing
  • If we issue a refund, the amount will be refunded using the method specified by us. Any fees associated with the refund process (such as transfer fees) will be covered by us.
  • The timing of the refund will be determined based on our designated schedule.
  • If the return is made using a method other than the one specified, the refund will be issued after deducting any actual costs incurred by us.
