Returns & Exchanges Due to Product Defects or Incorrect Shipment.

If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will provide the following support:

Return & Exchange Conditions
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
  • You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged or has functional defects.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Cancellations are not accepted for any reason once the order is confirmed and shipped.
  • Items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered due to customer responsibility after delivery.
  • Products that have had parts replaced, modifications, or adjustments made.
  • Items that have been used or installed.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
  • For safety reasons, please consult your shipping carrier regarding the appropriate method for returning items based on weight, shape, and nature.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until you receive confirmation that the return process is complete.
  • Even in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments, returns sent without prior contact via our “Contact Us” page cannot be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or other shipping-related issues that occur during return transit.

Please return the item using the “Return Procedure” below with cash on delivery (shipping paid by us).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will contact you via email and send a replacement of the same product.

📭 Return Procedure

Step 1️⃣    : Contact Us

  • Please submit your return request via our “Contact Us” page.
  • Optional: To expedite processing, please include your order number and product number from your order confirmation email.

Step 2️⃣    : Prepare the Necessary Documents

  • A packing slip (delivery note) or invoice is included in your package.
  • Please have this document ready when processing your return or contacting us.

Step 3️⃣    : Ship the Item

  • Return the item to the designated return address using cash on delivery (shipping paid by us).
  • While there is no required shipping carrier, please use a trackable shipping method and keep a copy of the shipping receipt.
Important Notes

📌 Return shipping costs will be covered by us only for defective or incorrect items.

📌 If a defect or issue is confirmed after inspection, we will proceed with the return or exchange.

📌 If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, but a defect is found to be our responsibility, we will process the return accordingly.

📌 If you use cash on delivery (our expense) but the return does not qualify under our policy, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
